Diamond Print - Information/Terms

Unless credit terms have been previously agreed in writing by ourselves, all orders must be paid for upon ordering the goods. All cheques should be made payable to Diamond Print.

Where credit terms are agreed, we require payment strictly 30 day's from date of invoice.

Unless we expressly state in writing, all prices are exclusive of carriage, postage, packing, insurance, VAT and any other tax which may be payable in respect of the goods.

Files can be sent to us via email or CD. Please convert all text to outlines (paths). Images should be supplied at 400dpi and saved in CMYK colour. High resolution JPEG's are best, but we can also accept Illustrator and PDF's. Please contact us if you require assistance with file types.

Please note that some service providers limit the size of e-mail to 4.5Meg. Please Zip or Stuff files as required.

Embroidery set up is charged at a flat fee of £25. This is a one off charge. If you require a major re design in the future, a small charge may also be applicable. Standard text designs are charged at £8.

Screen Printing is charged at £16 per colour. We can print up to a maximum of 6 colours.

Heat Seal Transfer set-up is free for simple designs such as text. A charge of £16 could apply for more complex designs. We will give you an accurate price upon signt of the artwork.

Clothing Sizes

All sizes quoted on this site are as accurate as possible. If you are unsure about a size please contact us for further details.

Returns/Refunds

We can only accept returns of personalised items where a product defect is found. Refunds can only be given on non personalised items that can be re-stocked and re-sold. Items that have been washed or worn cannot be returned for a refund.

Prices

All prices shown on this site exclude VAT at 17.5%.
