Embroidery is a process that stitches a design directly onto garments.

When you choose Diamond Print to produce your embroidered clothing, we firstly need to digitise your logo. This can then be loaded onto one of our embroidery machines ready for sewing. All digitising is completed in house, giving us complete control of the quality of the finished article.

Embroidery undoubtedly creates an impression of quality & style. Embroidery is hard wearing, and is excellent for application to many types of plain clothing including Polo Shirts, t-shirts, Sweatshirts, Hoodies, Jackets and many more items. If looked after correctly, the embroidered logo will normally outlast the garment onto which it's applied to.

Diamond Print has a standard embroidery set up charge of £25 that covers all but the most complex of designs. Please send us a copy of your logo for an accurate embroidery digitising quotation.

The only other cost is the embroidery appplication charge. This varies on the size of the logo. Please ask us for further details.

We currently produce embroidered clothing for the NHS, Universities, Blue Chip Companies and the general public.

Turn around times are normally within 10 working days.

We are much more than just a t-shirt printing company. Our customers regularly call us to screen print onto many items including t-shirts, Polo Shirts, Hoodies, Hi Visibility Jackets and many types of promotional clothing.

Screen Printing is ideal for decorating large areas on cotton or polyester/cotton garments.

The process of Screen Printing is ideal for large designs and is most cost effective on orders of 20+. If you require less than 20 items, Heat Seal Transfers might be a more cost effective method.

We currently produce screen printed clothing for the NHS, Universities, Schools and the general public.

Turn around times are normally within 7-10 working days.

We produce our own transfers in house using the best materials on the market. This assures our customers that the transfer will be of high quality, and when looked after correctly, will last the life of the garment.

This system is ideal for decorating small quantities of garments, or garments requiring individual personalisation.

There is no set up charge for many of the designs, but there could be a charge for more complex designs. Please email us a copy of your logo/artwork for further advice.
